About Embroidery
Embroidery is a great customization option that can offer a very high-quality look to your uniforms. Pricing for embroidery is based on the number of stitches required to render the design, and there are a large number of thread colours to choose from.
How it Works
First your design needs to be digitized, which means rendering it to a digital format – .dst – that the embroidery machine can read. This is a one-time setup charge. The garments are then clamped into the embroidery machine, the correct thread spools are inserted, and the computer in the machine reads your .dst file and uses it to determine where the stitches should go on your garment.
Your .dst file can be reused for future orders with no additional setup charges, however if any changes in size need to be made to the logo, this requires a new .dst file.

Set-up: $40 for standard logo size (hats, left chest). One time fee – design file may be used in the same size again at no additional charge.
*Standard logos fit on the left chest of a jacket, or on a hat. Prices for larger logos are by quote only, please contact us at any time.
